Paddington basin was the destination for a bit of acoustic reverb problem for a broadcaster. Whilst the incumbent construction company merrily constructed further up the building, the columns created such a reverb issue it could be heard during the live broadcast as it traveled down the steel supports. Over some late nights and early mornings, whilst the client was off the air, we provided acoustic solutions to the columns and finally wrapped them in an architectural wrap with a complimenting finish to that of unfinished steel to maintain the set design and feel. No problem is too small…
