It’s great when clients grow but don’t feel they have the space. In this instance, we designed and built a new mezzanine office and opened up the old office to combine the two.

Whist we are doing that, we took the time to strip out the existing office, toilets, and kitchen and gave everything a much-needed update. But we kept a lot of the existing base materials like doors and toilet panels. We just refreshed with architectural materials at a fraction of the cost of new ones.
