Variety is the spice of life… and we love our projects. This one is no different for all sorts of reasons. Budget always plays a very key part in what gets done and what clients think can get done. Often, they are not the same…

With some superb space planning design, we increased the toilet capacity, added a tea point and staff and student welfare space, and opened up the common area giving not only the extra capacity needed for this adult education space but creating the feel of a much bigger facility. Just as well as this space is used to teach animal husbandry. The animals were catered for in the classroom design too, and we turned a tired old temporary building into a much more modern-looking facility externally.

Lastly, we sadly came across the remains of an animal that had crawled under the building and died. We gave it a burial service and left a headstone… small enough to sit under the building where it lay.
